- Where can I use my Backstage Pass?
The passes can only be redeemed at teacherslair.eu.
- How long is it valid?
Your Backstage Pass is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
The expiry date is shown on the Pass.
Unfortunately, expired ones cannot be redeemed or extended.
- How do I use it?
Simply enter your Gift Code during checkout at teacherslair.eu.
Your Backstage Pass can be used as full or partial payment towards your order.
If your purchase costs more than the value of your Backstage Pass, you’ll simply pay the difference using one of the available payment methods.
The Passes are valid for one transaction only. If the total value of your purchase is lower than the value of your Backstage Pass, any remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or redeemed.
- Can I exchange it for cash?
No, it cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- Can I give it to someone else?
Absolutely!
Backstage Passes make wonderful gifts for fellow teachers and may be transferred to another person.
- What if I lose it?
Please treat your Backstage Pass like cash.
Unfortunately, lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorisedly used Passes cannot be replaced.
- What happens if I return an item purchased with a Backstage Pass?
If you return an item in accordance with our Return Policy, the refunded amount will be issued as a new Teachers’ Lair Backstage Pass, unless applicable law requires another method.
- Can I buy a Backstage Pass using another Backstage Pass?
No, it cannot be used to purchase additional Backstage Passes.
- A quick note
Teachers’ Lair reserves the right to refuse redemption of a Backstage Pass if there is reason to believe it has been obtained or used fraudulently.
We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will not affect Backstage Passes that have already been issued, except where required by law.
