NAQ (Never asked questions)

No one has asked us anything yet, so we made up some questions you might have.

Which languages do you speak?

We communicate in English and in Estonian. If you want to write to us in other languages, that’s fine, but we will use machine translation to understand you, and this might not be accurate.

Can I create a customer account?

No, as we’re not fans of collecting data just for the sake of it. We only ask for what’s needed to get your order to you and keep the books in order.

Can I visit Teachers’ Lair’s shop?

Right now, Teachers’ Lair lives online only. This is also why we are able to keep prices friendly.

That said, an actual, real-life Teachers’ Lair is very much part of the plan. We’re talking a place where you can browse, shop, swap stories, test games, and just hang out with fellow teachers. Not yet… but definitely on the roadmap.

And when it happens, trust us, there will be plenty of noise, so you won’t miss it. We can’t wait to welcome you in someday!

Can we ask you to come and introduce the products at our school?

If your school is in Estonia, we are more than happy to pack up the Lair, show up in person, and let you and your colleagues try things out for yourselves. No lectures but hands-on activities, exploring and seeing what actually works in the classroom. So, let us know if you would like us to drop by at info@teacherslair.eu

Why do you focus on physical materials and tools instead of digital ones?

We actually love digital teaching tools. They’re brilliant and absolutely have their place in the classroom. For us, it’s not an either-or situation. Different goals call for different tools, and using the same medium all the time can get a little… predictable.

Physical materials bring something different to the table. They’re often harder to find, but they add movement, interaction, and a hands-on energy that screens can’t always offer. All that stacking, throwing, moving, and rearranging gets students talking, thinking creatively, and using language more freely, often without even noticing they’re “practising.”

That’s why Teachers’ Lair focuses on physical tools: to add variety, spark energy, and bring a bit more movement and joy into language learning.

Can I suggest a product or idea?

Absolutely! The Lair is for teachers, so please do contact us with your ideas via info@teacherslair.eu

Will you expand to other subjects or languages?

That’s the plan! Follow us on social media or subscribe to the newsletter to be the first to hear about it.
